We want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. Here at Montgomery Miss we offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all orders under $75.
Purchases of $75+ qualify for FREE shipping. FREE shipping!!!
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (longer processing times can be expected during the holiday season). All orders will be shipped once processed.
Please keep in mind that delays in shipment may be due to unfavorable weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected situations/conditions beyond our control.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Montgomery Miss is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any undeliverable packages or packages destroyed, lost, or stolen during the shipping process. All orders will have a tracking number inside your account and we ship all packages via USPS.
Returns are simple with Montgomery Miss! All customers will incur the cost of return shipping.
Here are the steps:
1. Email us about your return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Include your name/order #/ reason for return in your return package.
3. Mail the return to: Montgomery Miss 115 Ridgecrest Drive Mt. Sterling, KY 40353
4. As soon as we receive your return, unworn/unwashed/tags attached/new condition, we will credit your account with store credit (all returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY... no refunds).
* Returns must be UNWORN - please do not wear out for any length of time - trying on is acceptable, wearing however is not.
* Returns must be UNWASHED - please do not wash items you intend to return.
* Returns must have TAGS ATTACHED - please do not tear any tags off of the items you intend to return. Items without tags attached will not be eligible for return. Items must be in their original packaging.
* Returns must be in NEW CONDITION - not stretched out, free of holes/stains/tears/odors.
* You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return your item(s) for STORE CREDIT. We do not give cash refunds.
* You have 48 hours to notify our team of any damages/holes/defects once your item is received.
* Returns will not be accepted on holiday merchandise.
* All clearance is final sale and cannot be returned.
* Because many of our products are LIMITED STOCK and sell out quickly, Montgomery Miss WILL NOT HOLD any items for exchanges. Should you wish to make an exchange, we suggest you purchase the size you want and once your return is received store credit will be issued.
* Montgomery Miss IS NOT responsible for damaged clothing AFTER it has been worn and washed. We ALWAYS recommend hand washing our items and hanging them to dry. These items WILL NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges.
